Westvleteren 12 2015 - 33 CL

The strongest beer in Westvleteren, the 12, is a quadrupel-style beer, recognizable by the yellow cap. Just like the other Westvleteren beers, the bottle has no label and the cap therefore contains all the necessary information. The Westvleteren 12 is always highly rated in beer reviews and is considered by some to be the best beer in the world. Like Westvleteren's other beers, it can only be legally purchased in the monastery (by appointment) or in the bar across the street. However, it often finds its way onto the gray market, where it is sold at high prices.
