WeldWerks Brewing Warehouse H Medianoche 2021 - 50 CL

To this day, Blanton barrels are still stored exclusively in Warehouse H and always packaged as single-barrel expressions. To get the most complexity and flavor from each of these different barrels and to mirror the aging conditions of Warehouse H, the brewers aged this batch of Medianoche for almost 21 months in freshly emptied 7-9 year old Blanton's bourbon barrels with little to no temperature control so that the barrels would mature in Colorado weather for eight full seasons. The final blend shows notes of cinnamon sugar, orange blossom honey, caramel sweetcorn, crème brûlée and a hint of freshly ground espresso.
