Oldest is a very special mix of wild ales aged 1 to 5 years, specially made for our members. More than 40% of the total blend matures for more than 5 years in oak puncheons (500l). Never before have brewers used such a mature beer in our blends. This gives the final beer a characterful and complex, yet well-balanced taste.
