Lilly is a blend of various wild ales ranging from 1 to 2.5 years, refermented with a generous amount (350 grams per liter) of raspberries. To add a little more complexity and depth, the brewers have added beer that has macerated even longer on red wine grapes. The result is a floral and lively raspberry wild beer that is perfectly balanced.
