Side Project For Phil - 75 CL

For Phil is a one-off blend created in honor of our friend Phil Wymore of Perennial Artisan Ales and their 10th anniversary. Inspired by Derivation Blend #6, the brewers blended barrels of Derivation, BBT and OWK with several barrels of their Maman, before finishing them with Ghanaian cocoa beans, Mexican and Tanzanian vanilla beans and freshly ground cinnamon.
