We brewed with Mad Scientist at their home for the first time in 2019! Now the brewers are responding our house ! The DIPA is filled with extra pale malt, mounds of naked oats and generous dose of wheat and came out pillowy soft. Our house yeast has eaten its way through those sugars and left behind lots of delicious fruity esters. Simply Hops has provided us with Australia's newest hop offering, Eclipse, infusing the beer with plenty of sweet and meaty orange marmalade, bright citrus peels and prickly pine needles.”
