Lervig You You Pangu Double Hazy IPA - 33 CL

Lervig and Slowboat have aligned their minds to create a modern Juicy IPA, brewed with real Kveik yeast from the Ebbegarden farm in Stordal, Norway. The yeast is a perfect IPA strain because of the fruity tropical flavor it gives during fermentation at high temperatures. We used generous amounts of Citra, Mouteka and Simcoe hops to pair the yeast together. The beer itself is juicy 8.2% alc with haze and soft smooth mouthfeel and balance. Tastes like a pineapple starburst, Pavlova and a Bellini cocktail in one sip.
