BARLEY WINE AGED IN BOURBO BARRELS FOR 18 months Paragon 2021 showcases our patient and deliberate approach to caring for nearly 60 different bourbon barrels over more than 12 months. This edition of our premier barley wine shows strong notes of caramel and oak aging with hints of tobacco, fruitcake and vanilla. The finish is distinctly bourbon and complex with a balanced bitterness and perceived sweetness that gives way to a warming sensation from the 13.8% alcohol.
