Lervig Off The Rac kParagon American Whiskey 2022 - 75 CL

Paragon is one of, if not our most loved products. We take it a step further through a process where the brewers side-select the best barrels from the hundreds of years maturing in our rackhouse. We spend the time sampling each barrel and assessing its quality. A consensus is reached between the barrel managers and the brewers and these barrels are set aside while the brewers separate the Paragon barrels. This year's version is distinguished by a nice balance between sweet and alcohol, with all the characteristics of light dark chocolate, roasted vanilla, dried fruit, toffee and bourbony oak.
