Lefebvre Barbar - 75 CL

Barbãr's creamy head is deep blond in color and spreads a powerful aroma, discreetly scented with honey and accompanied by a bouquet of floral, spicy and citrus notes. The use of soft wheat gives a round start, without heaviness. The sugar provided by the honey during the boiling of the wort undergoes fermentation and is converted into alcohol. It is a soft but not sweet beer, with a touch of acidity that gives it freshness. The aftertaste is full of finesse and without bitter aftertaste. An original and distinctive beer whose distant origins date back to the “cervoise”, brewed by our ancestors who called it “Warrior's rest”.
