Kaapse Harrie BA Blond Saison - 37.5 CL

We matured our Saison for six months in Muscatel barrels (white wine). Both the barrels and bottles are carbonated through refermentation, which means the flavors will evolve over time due to the presence of yeast in the packaging. The spicy notes of the Saison yeast are complemented by juniper berry, mustard seed, Szechuan and Timuth pepper. The dry finish is accentuated by the wood aging.
