Jackie O's Brewery Black Maple - 37.5 CL

Imperial Porter brewed with maple syrup and aged in bourbon barrels Bourbon Barrel Black Maple was first brewed in 2013 as a one-off batch, designed to explore the possibilities of our brewery. After a long rest in bourbon barrels, Black Maple quickly became a perennial favorite. Black Maple is now brewed every year in late summer and contains a varied mix of barley, wheat, chocolate malt, caramel malt and a pinch of smoked malt. Locally harvested maple syrup, added late to the boil, adds earthy complexity to this luscious imperial porter.
