Our Grand Prestige, brewed with four different malts, is also called barley wine. Bitter and sweet distinguish themselves remarkably well in the ripe, full taste. The taste of Hertog Jan Grand Prestige is appreciated by connoisseurs and enthusiasts far beyond our national borders, as evidenced by the gold awards at various renowned beer competitions. The longer Grand Prestige is stored, the further it develops that delicious taste. After a number of years, the taste is reminiscent of a nice old port wine. There are now many bottles waiting to mature in our cellars, a number of which have been reserved. If you order such a personal bottle, for yourself or as a gift, it can stay with us for eight years until it is collected.
