Label beer from Chaams Wheat Beer. A slightly cloudy top-fermented beer with 5.5% alcohol. Properly chilled, flavors such as clove and banana emerge. Mussels and salmon cooked in this beer get a nice fresh touch, but this wheat beer also goes well with asparagus and summer salads.
