Chimay Grande Réserve Whiskey 2022 - 37.5 CL

The barrel-fermented "Grande Réserve" is an exceptional beer that benefits from triple fermentation and longer barrel aging. Unfiltered and unpasteurized, this beer has an incomparable round, wooden taste. A balance between roundness and power that will be appreciated at its best between 6 months and 1 year after bottling. This February 2022 edition offers an excellent mix of the Chimay Blue and Whiskey characters. 34% French oak 41% American oak 25% Whiskey Brewery "Het Anker" supplied the golden Carolus whiskey for this special collaboration. Produced in limited quantities using craft brewing methods. The refined bouquet comes into its own when served at a temperature between 10 and 12°C.
