Cantillon Vigneronne 2018 - 75 CL

The name Vigneronne Cantillon was given in 1987. This name reminds us that although it belongs to the beer heritage, the spontaneous fermentation, the years of aging in barrels and the addition of grapes make it a distant cousin of certain white wines. Despite its success, Vigneronne represents less than 5% of the total production of the Cantillon brewery. To obtain the ripest possible grapes, brewers buy them at the end of the season. Every year, 1,000 kilos of white Italian grapes are delivered to the Cantillon brewery at the beginning of October.
