Best described as a blond aromatic abbey beer with a nice bitterness from the Sorachi-Ace hops and a light alcohol content. Ideal as a digestive beer, as the bitterness stimulates the appetite. The scent is aromatic, citrusy. The main taste is slightly malty, bitter. The aftertaste is sweet, bitter. With organically grown grains.
