Bottle Logic Technical Challenge 2021 Stout - 50 CL

Bourbon Barrel Aged Jaffa Cake-Inspired Chocolate + Orange Imperial Stout • 13.77% ABV • Ready, set, brew! Early last year, the brewers teamed up with our friends at Claremont Craft Ales to brew a Jaffa Cake-inspired Imperial Stout to be aged in bourbon barrels. One pandemic and a whole lot of Great British Bake Off binge later, the brewers are proud to present our Techincal Challenge to the judges! Technical Challenge is based on an imperial stout recipe with lots of chocolate malt and a healthy helping of double rye mash for a bold, bouncy body. The concoction was finished with Madagascar vanilla and a mound of Ecuadorian cocoa beans to build a rich chocolate complexity, then infused with California orange peels for a bright, beautiful citrus note.
