This Bourbon Barrel-Aged Stout collaboration with Mortalis Brewing showcases the groundbreaking technique of on-site roasting of certain finishing additives. We toasted almonds, pistachios, English walnuts and coconut and immediately applied them to this decadent chunky base, capturing all the rich, delicious nut and coconut oils in the final liquid.
