Bokke Pruim Reine Claude 2019 - 75 CL

1, 2 and 3 year old lambic with 3 types of Reine Claude plums. The fresh, overripe, aromatic plums for this beer were harvested in Hageland (Belgium) and northern France. The plums conveyed their graceful but complex harmony to us in an excellent way. With this vulnerability in mind, the brewers blended the plum lambic and tried to translate the elegance and appearance of the fruit into the beer. Made with lambic that has matured in barrels that previously contained Müller Thurgau wine, which gives the beer a smooth vinous aftertaste.
