Lucky Four seasons 2018 - 75 CL

Lambic-based beer with elderflower, cherries 2018 & 2019 & raspberries. Our first barrel-aged kriek (2018) is blended with a kriek from 2019 that has been in barrel for a year. This cherry lambic mix was then macerated with autumn raspberries. Just before bottling, the brewers added 10% elderflower ambi. This also gave the blend a floral touch. This in addition to the fruitiness and light tannins (seeds and barrel maturation) of the cherry & the fruitiness of the raspberries. These also provide the acids in collaboration with the old lambic. For the name of this beer, the brewers refer to the 4 seasons, not to the hotel chain? Lambic is brewed in the winter, elder blossoms appear on the trees in the spring, cherries are at their best in the summer months and in the last season the brewers have autumn raspberries, which, unlike summer raspberries, have an annual growth.
