Bevog Dreams 23 Barleywine - 33 CL

A barrel-aged Icebock Barleywine. Icebock results from the process of concentrating flavors when freezing the beer. This means that some of the water crystallizes into ice, while the remaining liquid concentrates. For this iceberg, the brewers brewed a very special barley wine, matured it in barrel, mixed it with our Hagger barley wine and frozen it. After soaking at -24 C it was time to drain this super rich liquid. Expect intense flavors with a long-lasting aftertaste and a warming feeling.
