Our latest hazy IPA offering is inspired by and pays tribute to four of the modern classics when it comes to American aroma hops: Cascade, Citra, Mosaic and Simcoe. Sweet mango candy, grapefruit juice, lemon sorbet and a lingering piny bite at the back. Malting: Extra pale ale malt, wheat malt, naked oatmeal and oat flakes Hop: Citra Incognito, Cascade T90, Citra T90, Mosaic T90 & Simcoe T90 Yeast: WLP066 London fog
