Antidoot L'Ambigu (Riesling) 2019 - 75 CL

At the end of summer 2019, the brewers made a macerated wine from biodynamically grown Riesling grapes that the brewers picked at Weingut Melsheimer (Mullay-Hofberg). After primary fermentation, the brewers added the wine to a barrel of beer that the brewers had brewed nine months earlier. They were matured together in the barrel for a further nine months. Bottled in June 2020.
