bottling date: 27/07/21 This iteration of Zenne y Frontera is a Sherry Barrel Aged Lambic Blend of one, two and three years This Zenne y Frontera is a special blend of sherry lambics that have matured for one, two and three years in Oloroso, Fino and Amontillado casks. As a result, the average weighted age of the blend is 32 months at the time of bottling. One of the casks that the brewers used has, in addition to the typical sherry tones, some slightly peaty characteristics. The lambics came from five different brews, of which more than half of the volume was brewed by us. NL Zenne y Frontera is a blend of traditional lambics that is further matured in old authentic sherry casks. FR Zenne and Frontera are a blend of traditional lambics that contain a lot of the authentic sherry. NL Zenne y Frontera is a blend of traditional lambics that matured in old authentic sherry casks.
