The final rhubarb intensity is 349 grams per liter of bottled rhubarb. 100% 3 Fonteinen brewed lambic. Brouwerij 3 Fonteinen “Speling van het Lot” (Twist of Fate) is a series of experimental brews, barrel maturations, fruit macerations and/or blends in small batches. This 7th version offers a range of fruit macerations in freshly emptied Bordeaux barrels from Château Pabus. These high-quality French oak barrels were used for a unique integrated vinification technique, including maceration of the grape skins in the barrel itself. The name (“Zotte Kadeees” – “Crazy Kids”) refers to the abundant creativity of our youthful, passionate team, who likes to explore within the traditional lambic boundaries.
