3 Fonteinen Schaarbeekse Kriek is obtained by macerating local hand-picked full Schaarbeekse cherries on young traditional lambic for at least one year, in a proportion of one kilo of sour cherries per liter of lambic. The cherry lambic is assembled with young lambic and bottled, after which our famous Schaarbeekse Kriek matures for at least one year in the bottle. Refined and with evolution in the glass. Natural fruit, without the addition of juices, syrups or sugars.
