Bottling date: 11/03/2022 Nocturne is a spontaneously fermented full malt beer. Not your typical lambic beer, but our take on a Vlaams Oud Bruin. The beer was brewed with five different barley malts, from pilsner malt to dark roasted malts, and no wheat whatsoever. This batch was brewed in March 2018 with more dark chocolate malt, and put on barrels for four years before the brewers blended it with a small portion of freshly brewed Nocturne. The weighted average age of this beer upon bottling is 45 months. NL Nocturne is a combination of dark full malt beers and traditional lambic brewed by 3 Fonteinen. Spontaneously mistaken. Matured in oak barrels. Long storage in bottle. Unfiltered. Unpasteurized. FR Nocturne is an assembly of bières de malt complete foncées et du lambic traditionnel, brassées par 3 Fountains. Fermenté spontaneément. Élevé en fûts de chêne. Longue conservation en bouteille. Non filter. Non pasteurized. EN Nocturne is a blend of 3 Fonteinen brewed dark full malt beers and traditional lambic. Spontaneously fermented. Matured in oak barrels. Extended bottle ageing. Unfiltered. Unpasteurised.
